Activity and Laboratory Write up Requirements:

All Labs and Activities are to follow the following format and order:
  1. Reflection Page
  2. Study Questions included with activity.
  3. Data and diagrams/graphs

Reflection Pages:

All reflection pages are to be written in essay format. The following topics should be addressed in the following order:
  1. Clearly state the Title of the Lab and what the Lab investigates.
  2. Clearly state what was done in the lab. This would describe the procedures followed while doing the lab/activity. What was actually done.
  3. Clearly state the results and conclusion. What did the data show? What were the results of the lab/activity and what conclusion can be drawn from those results. EVIDENCE from the data collected and observations taken should be used to support your conclusion.
  4. State and support your opinion of the lab’s effectiveness at getting the point across. Did this lab/activity help you to understand the main point as stated in the opening paragraph? Why or or not?

Study Questions:

Each activity has discussion questions associated with them and some written work to do. They should be written on a separate sheet of paper in COMPLETE sentences! The discussion questions will be graded based upon use of evidence from the activity/lab, proper use of scientific terminology.
